Why do you need the protection plan?

Texas weather wreaks havoc on homeowners roofs. From hail storms, tornadoes, hurricanes, strong winds, heavy rains and blistering hot summers, maintaining your roof could never be more important. On top of that, the major insurance companies are moving to All Cash Value (ACV) policies. What this means is that your out of pocket cost to replace your roof could easily double over a five to seven-year period. For example, a $500,000 home with a 1% deductible would cost you $5,000 currently. Under the new ACV  policies, your roof would be depreciated over its useful life, traditionally 5 to 7 years. The depreciation would cost you another $6,000 or more. So with a $20,000 roof replacement, your out-of-pocket expense would be $11,000. Over half the cost of the replacement.

With an RMP roof protection plan, we will come out and do a full inspection of your roof and make any necessary covered repairs. Additionally, we'd come out one more time during the year upon your request to re-inspect your roof. Usually after a big storm.
